We rented an apartment through them last year. This companies housing service is very questionable.
They charged us for a fee to help us find a place and said they did so and we paid. Later we found out that they in fact worked with that specific landlord and as per Dutch law they should not have charged us this amount. Also they where extremely pushy on the moving and deposit dates, always wanting to do it immediately or else it would no longer be available.
If you are looking for a good company to help you find a good place to live I would say to just stay away from them. There are plenty of better and more respectable companies in The Hague.
Don't allow a company to push you into an apartment, you should be the one to set the pace.
Also they where the ones to receive the deposit for the apartment of 2 months, but when it was time for them to give it back they washed their hands and said it was up to the landlord and they had nothing to do with anything. (Thank you for choosing us, now bye "don't bother us")
Landlord won't give it back and they won't even try to reason with him.
